Martha Kalifatidis shows off her post-partum body in comfortable activewear

Martha Kalifatidis has shown off her stunning post-partum body in a comfortable activewear set as she spoke about her breast feeding journey. 

The former MAFS star, 30, gave birth to her first child Lucius, who she shares with her fiancé Michael Brunelli, 34, just under a month ago.

She has been sharing her new life as a mother with her 700K followers on Instagram, and on Friday posted a video showing off her post-partum body. 

The new mother looked stunning as she promoted a matching two-piece activewear set that she said is ‘so supportive’ after giving birth. 

Martha kept her signature dark locks down and curled in the clip with a natural makeup look. 

As she showed her followers just how stretchy and supportive the leggings are by pulling them up and down her waist, she said: ‘I put the black on and I’m not taking it off, the waist band on these is so supportive. 

‘My physio told me to wear a compression garment after giving birth and it’s the most uncomfortable thing so these are equivalent to that so I am going to live in these.’ 

Martha also spoke highly of the matching sports bra, saying it’s perfect for breast feeding mothers.

‘The top is also supportive, anything that  can support a bust this size blows my mind and I can breast feed with it, so I will be living in this stuff, it’s so nice,’ she said.

The new mother also shared an adorable snap of her breastfeeding her almost one- month-old child. 

Martha and her fiancé Michael – who met on season six of MAFS – haven’t been shy about posting the reality of being new parents. 

On Thursday, they shocked fans after Martha shared footage of her fiancé helping unclog one of her blocked milk ducts.

In the video posted to Instagram, Michael is seen sucking one of Martha’s breasts, after one of her glands was not properly drained after feeding their newborn son Lucius.

‘You have got to suck harder than that. The baby sucks harder than that. It’s not one constant, it has to be, like, sucking,’ Martha said in the clip.

Sitting on the floor, Michael then replied: ‘How do I suck it harder than that? I got no strength in my suck [in this position]’

Martha then started laughing as she said: ‘Omg I can feel it empty’.

She then added: ‘You’ve got to breathe through your nose. It’s like giving a b***job, you’ve really got to focus on the breathing more than any part of it.’

Moments later, she then told Michael: ‘Babe I think we’ve done it.’

Many fans were left shocked after watching the video, with one writing: ‘I think you’ve reached a new level of oversharing.’

Another wrote: ‘Omg! Now that’s a real man! There is no way my husband would’ve done that.’
