Enjoying his big night out, Mick cut a very suave figure in a dark green suit, which he styled with a black polka-dot satin shirt.
He kept comfortable in a pair of black trainers and sported a scarf to complete his look as he flashed a smile while leaving the nightclub.
The singer was joined by his daughter Georgia May, 31, who looked effortlessly glamorous in a red dress with a layered fringe skirt.
She added a few extra inches to her frame with a pair of pointed rouge heels and swept a leather-look jacket across her shoulders.
Adding to the A-listers who attended the bash, Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio and singer-songwriter Lenny Kravitz also travelled from across the pond to join Mick for the night.

Earlier on Wednesday, Sir Mick had thanked his fans for their well wishes as he turned 80 years old.
He shared a youthful image by photographer Mark Seliger on Instagram to mark his milestone birthday.
In the image, he was wearing a burgundy satin suit over a brown polka dot shirt and sunglasses as he beamed with his trademark smile.
His bandmate Ronnie Wood , 76, was the first to pay tribute to the icon, taking to Twitter on Monday morning.
Sharing a gallery of images, he wrote: ‘Happy 80th birthday to @mickjagger!.’
Bandmate Keith Richards, 79, followed suit, sharing a video message and writing: ‘Long may we keep saying this to each other, Happy Birthday , Mick. Love, Keith.’
Joking that he is slightly younger than Mick, he jibed: ‘And… give me a call, let me know what it’s like.’
