Matt Golinski and Erin Yarwood flash ‘wedding bands’

He’s the inspirational burns survivor, who recently welcomed his first child with fiancée Erin Yarwood. 

And celebrity chef, Matt Golinski, 45, sparked speculation the couple may have secretly tied the knot after they were pictured wearing what appeared to be wedding bands on Monday.

The smitten couple were snapped leaving a Sunshine Coast hospital with their newborn daughter Aluna Bennie and their shiny new rings were on display.

The couple, who got engaged last month, may have exchanged vows ahead of the bub’s birth.

As the couple made their out of a local hospital with their new bundle of joy, both could be seen beaming with joy.

Personal trainer Erin, 31, who met Matt during his recovery in hospital six years ago, cradled baby Aluna while Matt tenderly watched on.

The professional chef was casually dressed in black jeans and a T-shirt as he carried several bags and flowers to the car.

Erin, who appeared to be doing well just days after giving birth, also opted for comfortable clothing wearing loose-fitting culottes, a white T-shirt and multi-coloured scarf.

The ring photos come one month after Matt popped the question to Erin on top of Mount Cooroora in Pomona.

He previously told Daily Mail Australia that finding love was not a priority after the tragic 2011 house fire that claimed the lives of his wife and three daughters and left him severely burned.  

‘I hadn’t really been considering the idea of a new relationship – I just wanted to get well and move on from everything,’ he said.

‘Then fate came along and I was lucky to meet someone who was really special.’ 

Last week, Matt took to social media to post the first photo of baby Aluna fast asleep and wrapped in a cute dinosaur print blanket.

Matt captioned the post: ‘Introducing Aluna Bennie Golinski. There’s truly no words to describe how happy I am right now. She is perfect.’

Matt woke up in hospital covered in bandages, where he discovered he was the sole survivor and had suffered severe burns to 40 per cent of his body.

The beautiful post was met with plenty of congratulatory messages for the couple.

One said: ‘Gorgeous congratulations to you & Erin truly deserved happiness.’

The baby news came shortly after he revealed to Daily Mail Australia, that he and Erin had become engaged, proposing to the personal trainer top of Mount Cooroora in Pomona.

‘I hadn’t really been considering the idea of a new relationship – I just wanted to get well and move on from everything,’ he said.

‘Then fate came along and I was lucky to meet someone who was really special.’  

‘A lot of people search their whole lives for love. I have been lucky enough to have two great loves. To love two wonderful, kind women,’ he said.
