Matt Lauer is in the last stages of finalizing his divorce with Annette Roque, and sources claim that he’ll have to shell out a pretty penny.
The 60-year-old former ‘Today’ host will have to dish out millions in his split with Roque, a source shared with Page Six, adding that ‘the divorce is imminent’.
‘Matt is really just laying low at the moment,’ the source said. ‘He plays golf and sees his friends . . . His focus has been on the kids, and he knows there’s nothing he can do apart from wait.’

Lauer had been slated to get $25million a year under his contract with NBC.
Following his firing from NBC, Lauer put several properties up for sale.
In April, he put his lavish Upper East Side apartment on the market for $7.35million, after slashing $2million off the asking price.

The 11-room Manhattan home is where Lauer learned he was fired from NBC and where he lived during the weekdays while working on Today.
But that’s not the only property Lauer has put on the market.
In early April he lowered the price for his Hamptons estate by more than $2million.
His Hampton’s Sag Harbor 25-acre estate originally hit the market for $18million, but now sells for $12,750,000 according to Curbed Hamptons.

He was kicked out of the home, however, by his wife Annette after the sexual assault allegations against him came out, according to Fox.
‘Getting him to move out was quite daunting because Matt was refusing to leave,’ a source said to Us Weekly.
‘It was all about Matt, who expressed concern about how it would look to the media in the wake of being fired by NBC. Annette was simply at a loss for words because she had hoped that he would recognize this was best for her and the kids,’ the source added.

Lauer also put up his Hamptons estate for $12,750,000 that he shared with wife Annette Roque
The source also revealed that Lauer’s wife threatened legal action if he did not leave the residence.
‘Matt will always be more concerned about public perception and obviously doesn’t want to make headlines for being forced out of the house. Annette told him that there would never be any limitations on access to their kids,’ the source added.
