Max George and Maisie Smith look loved-up as they jet off on a romantic getaway

She sparked fears that she’d split from her boyfriend Max George after sharing a cryptic tearful TikTok video on Tuesday. 

But Maisie Smith proved that her relationship is going strong on Wednesday as she shared a loved-up clip kissing her beau as they jetted off somewhere romantic.

The former EastEnders star, 21, locked lips with The Wanted singer, 34, while sat on an EasyJet plane with the caption reading: ‘And we’re off again!’

They looked cosy in the video as they couldn’t resist a cheeky peck before takeoff – with the pair both donning comfy travelling clothes.

It comes just a day after Maisie sparked split fears among her fans as she shared a video which showed a tear rolling down her cheek, with the caption: ‘You didn’t deserve me.’

Soon after Maisie shared the post, a slew of fans flooded the comments with concern that there was trouble in her relationship with beau Max, but he quickly ended the speculation with a gushing comment.

Maisie uploaded the short compilation video backed to the song Evergreen (You Didn’t Deserve Me At All) by Omar Apollo.

In the clip, the Strictly Come Dancing star had a single tear rolling down her cheek, before she wiped her eyes and cuddled her dog for comfort.

The final moment of the TikTok showed a red-eye Maisie glancing away from the camera lens.

While the video has the on-screen caption: ‘You didn’t deserve me,’ Maisie is then shown to be mouthing the words ‘at all.’

She captioned the video: ‘Nothing but happiness these days.’

Her post sparked a flurry of comments from Maisie’s fans expressing her concern, with one writing: ‘Hope you’re doing better! You are amazing and so inspirational.’

A second added: ‘U r truly an amazing, inspirational and strong woman! Straighten your crown and walk tall!’

‘Hope you’re OK angel,’ one concerned user posted, while another added: ‘They’ve broken up?’

However, Maisie’s beau Max was quick to dispel any concerns around their relationship, leaving a comment which said: ‘My absolute world, my angel.’ 

The appearance came after Max proudly displayed his latest tattoo, a bold cross inking, covering his ex Stacey’s name after she accused him of ‘cheating’ with Maisie Smith, 21. 

Max, now in a relationship with Maisie, split with Ryan Giggs’ ex-wife in August before she accused him of cheating on her with his Strictly co-star.

It follows reports that Stacey is furious her former partner Max and his Strictly co-star are now dating publicly just days after they split.

In a conversation with one of her friends Stacey detailed her heartbreak over the situation and explained how she feels ‘betrayed’ by The Wanted singer.

The Sun reported that Stacey told a pal: ‘To see them dating publicly so quickly after I dumped him is like a dagger to the heart.’

She continued: ‘Max cheated on me with Maisie. I asked him about her but he denied anything had happened. 

‘After everything I’ve done for him, I cannot believe he would be so rude and disrespectful. He’s a lying dog. I feel betrayed.’

She then went on to claim Max has changed since they first got together and he’s now ‘obsessed with fame’.

The report claims that Max and Stacey’s first split in March this year was due to Stacey becoming suspicious about her boyfriend’s close relationship with Maisie, who he had spent the previous two months with on the Strictly tour.

Despite splitting, Max and Stacey continued to spend time together, with the former boybander a regular guest at Stacey’s home as he continued to deny he had cheated on her with Maisie. 

It was on July 28 that Max jetted to on holiday to Portugal to meet up with Maisie and mutual friends. According to Stacey he continued to deny he was with his Strictly co-star, telling her in phone calls that he was in Spain.

Max George’s model ex-girlfriend Carrie Baker warned Maisie last month that he’ll ‘cheat’ on her because a ‘leopard doesn’t change its spots.

Max and Maisie were first seen kissing on a flight to Crete. In photos obtained by The Sun, the pair were seen sitting next to one another and looking cosy on the romantic trip.

A source told the publication: ‘They were all over each other. This isn’t a flash in the pan. Max has told people that he is falling in love with Maisie.’

A passenger said: ‘They looked like a very loved-up couple – they were all over each other for the entire four-hour flight. Snogging and giggling like any new couple.’

The pair are said to have grown close once again on the Strictly live tour, after starring on the show together in 2020. Back in June, the pair appeared on Loose Women together – where Max praised Maisie’s dancing skills.

Another source said the new romance will be a ‘bitter pill’ for his ex Stacey as the Strictly curse has struck her. They added that Max and Maisie have told pals ‘it’s love’ and that they started dating in June, after he and Stacey split.

Stacey and Max initially got together in 2018, with Max previously calling Stacey ‘the one’, after meeting way back in 2011 at V festival.

The Wanted singer was dating actress Michelle Keegan at the time, while Stacey was still married to Manchester United player Ryan.

But the couple split as he embarked on The Strictly Come Dancing Tour with dance partner Katya Jones, after they were reported to be going through a ‘rough patch’.

At the time, a source told The Sun: ‘Max and Stacey had a real rough patch and in the heat of the moment they called it a day’.

The source continued: ‘But now things have calmed down, they both felt they wanted to patch things up. They are back together and working through their issues.’
