McDonald’s manager screams at customer after he complained about wait

A McDonald’s manager has been caught on camera screaming expletives at a customer and his nine-year-old son after he complained about the drive-thru wait.

Tom Olzewski filmed his encounter with the manager when he took his son to the McDonald’s in Muskego, Wisconsin on Sunday afternoon.

The customer claims he had been waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes when he got fed up and asked an employee for a refund.

He said the worker declined to do so before the manager came to the window.

‘Make your own cheeseburger! Teach your son how to cook a f***ing hamburger,’ the manager can be heard yelling as the customer films her from his car. 

Olzewski responded: ‘I just want my money back.’

‘I’m getting you your money back. I want you to get out of my line,’ the manager hit back. ‘Move your crappy car.’

Another recording taken by a different customer inside the McDonald’s showed the manager yelling through the window that she was sick of customers complaining about the wait.

‘Yes, we are tired of people coming up here telling me, ‘it takes too long. It takes too long.’ Go somewhere else!’ she said. 

Olzewski told Fox6 that the manager wasn’t willing to discuss the ordeal, saying ‘she just went ballistic right off the bat’.

He went on to say he wanted the manager to lose her job because her behavior isn’t something children should be exposed to.

In a statement, the owner of that McDonald’s franchise said: ‘This behavior is not reflective of our organization, and we have been in contact with the customer to offer our deepest apologies while we investigate the incident.’
