An urgent measles warning has been issued after a man contracted the disease in Thailand before returning to Australia.
Western Australia Health issued the warning after the man visited public places in Perth and the state’s south-west.
The man returned to Australia after travelling to Asia on holiday and may have spread the disease as he moved around WA from October 8 to 14.

The man visited a Woolworths supermarket at Bunbury Plaza, Perth airport, used a TransWA bus, and went to Terry White Chemists.
He also went to an IGA store in Balga and Aberdeen Auto Auctions.
WA Health said the outbreak was not related to another case located south of Perth.
Measles is highly contagious and is spread through coughing and sneezing.
Symptoms typically develop 10 to 18 days after a person is exposed.
People have been advised to remain vigilant for the onset of measles symptoms for the next three weeks.
