Crikey! Meet Steve Irwin’s Instagram-famous niece Rebecca Lobie – whose racy bikini photos have earned her a cult following – as the family is torn apart by a feud over Australia Zoo
Rebecca often shares photos of herself in skimpy bikinis, but has recently limited her audience by setting her account to private.
One photo shows her modelling a daring pink swimsuit. In another, she poses in a blue bikini with matching G-string bottoms at the beach.
She appears to have a tattoo of a horse on her lower back, which could be a reference to her family’s love of animals.
Family ties: Rebecca, 32, is the niece of the late ‘Crocodile Hunter’ Steve Irwin (right, with his wife Terri and children Robert and Bindi). Rebecca’s mother, Joy Muscillo, is Steve’s sister
Rebecca’s saucy photos are known to attract hundreds of likes, as well as gushing comments such as ‘sexy girl’, ‘beauty’ and ‘stunning’.
According to her LinkedIn account, she left her job as managing director of Australia Zoo in December 2015.
During her tenure, she oversaw ‘multiple food outlets’ at the Sunshine Coast tourist attraction, including ‘catering and functions’.

In 2016, the Courier Mail reported that Rebecca – who is now working as a restaurant manager near her home in Mooloolaba – had cut ties with Australia Zoo.
Around this time, her father Frank Muscillo – who is married to Steve Irwin’s sister Joy – was ‘marched off the premises’ after a disagreement with Terri.
Rebecca, alongside her mother and brother James, is said to have parted ways with the company around the time of Frank’s departure.

Earlier this week, Joy spoke to Daily Mail Australia outside of her father Bob Irwin Snr’s secluded property at Kingaroy in southern Queensland.
She described the family feud, which began after Steve’s tragic death from a stingray barb in September 2006, as a ‘very sad’ situation.
‘I keep away from all that,’ she said. ‘It’s just very sad… family stuff.’
Joy, who runs a restaurant with her husband, now leads a quiet life a world away from the glitz and glamour of her sister-in-law Terri, niece Bindi and nephew Bob Jnr.

After leaving Australia Zoo, Joy said she was bound to a confidentiality agreement that prevented her from speaking about what had happened.
While the agreement has since expired, she says it remains a ‘personal decision’ to keep her family dramas private.
It comes after Bob Irwin Snr recently spoke the Courier Mail about the family feud that has left him estranged from his granddaughter Bindi.
Going solo: According to her LinkedIn account, Rebecca left her job as managing director of Australia Zoo in December 2015
Bob Snr left Australia Zoo in 2008, after he and daughter-in-law Terri reportedly feuded over the direction of the business in the wake of Steve’s death.
He has not spoken to Terri, Bindi or Bob since.
When Bindi became engaged to her longtime boyfriend Chandler Powell in July, he revealed he had not yet been invited to the wedding, and did not expect to be.
Despite this, he wished Bindi and Chandler ‘all the best’ and said he hopes their marriage goes ‘really, really well’.
