Meet the sassy Shih Tzu with a luscious mane that leaves humans drooling

A sassy Shih Tzu named Ducky has become a rising online star thanks to his glorious mane that would leave most humans drooling.  

The pooch’s owner, Erin Lea, 30, from Texas, loves styling her pet’s hair — and for good reason. From bunches, braids, top knots and buns, there’s no style that Ducky can’t pull off. 

‘Ducky has such long hair on the top of his head that it’s so easy to style,’ the office manager said of the spoiled dog, who is as fashionable as he is glamorous.  

Working it: The eight-year-old dog is a natural in front of the camera and has no problem posing in fun outfits and accessories 

Doting companion: Ducky’s owner loves styling his long hair and dressing him up 

‘He loves it and is so pampered that he has a bigger wardrobe than myself and my husband, Mike, 33, combined,’ Erin admitted. 

‘We’ve now got an entire bedroom dedicated for his things and he has racks of clothes [that] are mostly all bespoke.

‘Ducky loves wearing clothes and accessories,’ she added. ‘He’ll even sit still with a pair of glasses on. ‘Ducky is such a little fashionista.’

And while the dog is eight years old, he can fit into baby clothes due to his size, giving Erin even more dress-up options for her beloved pet.

The proud owner has posted thousands of photos of Ducky online and has amassed over 10,000 followers on his Instagram page @duckysdoings.

The pooch’s bio, which is just as cheeky as he his, says: ‘You can call me Ducky with the good hair’ — a reference to Beyoncé’s famous ‘Sorry’ lyric. 

Ducky’s page is a mix of him cuddling with his owner and posing for at-home photo shoots complete with costumes and accessories.
