She spent $47,000 on cosmetic procedures last year, including a nose job, a ‘lip lift’, cheek fillers and Botox injections around the eyes.
And Megan Marx looked almost unrecognisable on Monday, when she attended a Married At First Sight finale viewing party in Sydney.
The Bachelor in Paradise star, 30, displayed noticeably puffy features, in addition to plumper lips, a more defined chin and pronounced cheekbones.

Megan also displayed a suspiciously smooth complexion and what appeared to be tightness around her eyes.
However, Megan denied getting any further cosmetic enhancements, telling Daily Mail Australia on Tuesday: ‘I probably look puffy because I’ve gained some weight.’
It’s a drastically different look compared to her days as a fresh-faced contestant on The Bachelor back in 2016.

Megan’s first aesthetic enhancement was a breast augmentation, which she had at the age of 18.
Since then, she has undergone several further cosmetic procedures, with her most recent being a nose job in March last year, according to NW magazine.
The Perth-based model, who had an earlier ‘liquid nose job’ done with fillers, had her latest rhinoplasty procedure done by plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Zacharia.
‘I like to eat healthy and work out, but no matter how much of that you do, your nose doesn’t get any smaller,’ she said at the time.
