The High Heeled Shoes singer, 25, looked incredibly bronzed as she received a nourishing vitamin injection in the fresh-faced snap.

Megan showed off her slim figure and a hint of cleavage in a black vest top as she had the injection, with her brunette locks tied back into a messy bun,

The relaxed day comes after the last season of TOWIE saw Chloe Sims embroiled in a feud with Megan, who accused the former of getting close to her ex beau Pete Wicks after photographs emerged that appeared to make the pair look intimate – a claim that Chloe vehemently denied.
While the tattooed hunk insisted there was nothing romantic going on between them and their friendship is strictly platonic, Megan had questioned why Chloe hadn’t called her to give her a ‘heads up’ about the photos.

Tension grew between the girls, prompting both of them to speak about each other behind one another’s back, with Chloe branding Megan an attention-seeker.
She was forced to deal with a barrage of negative comments on Twitter because of her spat with Megan and Pete and as a result, Chloe has been avoiding the former flames to protect herself and her daughter Madison from the backlash she has received.
Chloe wrote in her Star magazine column: ‘Megan has left TOWIE to focus on her singing, but she burnt a lot of bridges after splitting up with Pete and wasn’t left with many friends on the cast.
‘It’s a cowardly thing to do because she should have seen the series out and tried to make amends so she could leave on a more positive note.

Since ending things with Pete on the reality show, she has been spotted leaving her Essex home with her rumoured new beau Harry Eden.
Pete and Megan had only reconciled in July after splitting for the first time at the beginning of the year.
Megan has been at the centre of fan speculation since her nasty split at the beginning of October amid rumours of infidelity.
