Melania’s spokeswoman: first lady has NEVER discussed her thoughts on anything with Rudy Giuliani

Melania Trump’s spokesperson slapped down Rudy Giuliani, saying she doesn’t believe the first lady ‘has ever discussed her thoughts on anything with Mr. Giuliani.’

The smack down from communications director Stephanie Grisham followed Giuliani’s assertion that the first lady believes her husband’s denial of a 2006 affair with porn star Stormy Daniels.

‘I don’t believe Mrs. Trump has ever discussed her thoughts on anything with Mr. Giuliani,’ Grisham told New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman.

Giuliani, who serves as President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, made the declaration at the Globes conference, where he opened up a new line of attack on Daniels, who is suing her old lawyer and accusing him of collusion with Trump lawyer Michael Cohen.

He was asked what Melania, who had been in seclusion for weeks following surgery, thinks of the Stormy affair.

‘She believes her husband and she doesn’t think it’s true,’ said Giuliani.

He called Trump a ‘real gentleman,’ and cited the positive relationship Trump has with his two ex wives.

He also attacked Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford.

‘I respect women – beautiful women and women with value – but a woman who sells her body for sexual exploitation I don’t respect. Tell me what damage she suffered. Someone who sells his or her body for money has no good name,’ Giuliani said.

The former New York Mayor said he doesn’t respect Daniels because she’s a porn star.

‘I respect all human beings. I even have to respect criminals. But I’m sorry, I don’t respect a porn star the way I respect a career women or a women of substance or a woman who has great respect for herself as a women and as a person and isn’t going to sell her body for sexual exploitation,’ he said.

Pressed on whether his comments were an effort to undermine Daniels’ credibility, Giuliani responded: ‘I don’t have to undermine her credibility. She’s done it by lying.’

Avenatti punched back on Twitter. ‘Mr. Giuliani is a misogynist. His most recent comments regarding my client, who passed a lie detector test and who the American people believe, are disgusting and a disgrace.’

He added: ‘His client Mr. Trump didn’t seem to have any ‘moral’ issues with her and others back in 2006 and beyond.’

Avenatti also told MSNBC that Giuliani’s comments ‘show how … out of touch he is with today’s society, show what a pig he truly is, shows that he thinks he’s above the law and above rebuke, and it shows that he must believe that this president will support him and back him for these outrageous comments against woman and my client.’

Giuliani spoke about the first lady as she took part in her first fully public appearance in 27 days, after undergoing a Kidney procedure.

Of his own views on Daniels, Rudy said: ”I don’t believe her. Sue me, but her credibility is like that of a lawyer who gets thrown off a case. As a lawyer, I also got cases that weren’t real.’

His interviewer jumped in:  ‘Mister, on this stage, we respect women.’

Daniels entered into a non-disclosure agreement with longtime Trump lawyer Michael Cohen weeks before the election, receiving a $130,000 payment.

Trump revealed on his latest financial disclosure that he reimbursed Cohen for up to $250,000. He denies having had an affair with Daniels.

Daniels has filed a new lawsuit against her former lawyer Keith Davidson, claiming he engaged in ‘collusion’ with longtimeDonald Trump attorney Michael Cohen for Trump’s benefit – rather than her own.

Daniels’ new lawyer, Michael Avenatti, filed the suit in California court on behalf of his client.

The suit claims Daniels’ prior lawyer, Keith Davidson – who had represented her as she inked a ‘hush’ agreement with Cohen – ‘hatched a plan’ to engage in ‘collusion’ with Cohen, when he should have been representing Daniels’ interests.

The suit includes four pages of text messages that show frequent contacts between Cohen, who is under criminal investigation, and Davidson after the publication of an InTouch magazine story where Daniels claimed to have had an affair with Trump in 2006.

It claims the pair tried to ‘manipulate’ Daniels and get her to deny the article, which included earlier claims of an affair. He non-disclosure agreement subjected her to fines of up to $1 million per infraction.

‘Please call me,’ Cohen writes Davidson, in one of a long string of texts between the two men on Jan. 17, 2018 after publication.

‘Cmon,’ he follows up, as he at first desperately tries to get Daniels to appear on Sean Hannity’s show on Fox to try to tamp down the story.

Then, after telling Davidson ‘the wise men’ have concluded the story is dying and it’s better off not to have her appear, Cohen responds, ‘Thanks pal.’

Porn actress Stormy Daniels says her ex-lawyer was a ‘puppet’ for President Donald Trump and worked with the president’s attorney to get her to appear on Fox News and falsely deny having sex with Trump.

The allegations are made in a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Los Angeles.

Daniels is fighting to invalidate a confidentiality agreement she signed days before the 2016 presidential election.

The suit alleges Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen ‘colluded’ with Daniels’ then-attorney Keith Davidson to have her deny the relationship on Fox News after a tabloid magazine story about Daniels and Trump. Daniels didn’t end up giving the interview.

It also alleges Cohen met with first lady Melania Trump in March to tell her Daniels would disclose the alleged 2006 tryst in a lawsuit.

A spokesman for Davidson didn’t immediately comment. Cohen’s lawyer didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

‘Mr. Davidson abdicated his role as an advocate and fiduciary of his client Ms. Clifford and instead elected to be a puppet for Mr. Cohen and Mr. Trump in order to advance their interests at the expense of Ms. Clifford,’ according to the suit.

Davidson’s spokesman, Dave Wedge, says Davidson sees the lawsuit as ‘outrageously frivolous’ and ‘desperate,’ the Associated Press reported.

‘That said, Attorney Davidson is very happy that he has filed this lawsuit because he strongly believes that the filing constitutes a full and complete waiver of the attorney-client privilege,’ he added, NBC reported.

The suit accuses Davidson of breaking a confidentiality agreement. The suit says Davidson owed his client a ‘continuing duty of loyalty’ and a ‘fiduciary relationship.’

In the texts, at first Cohen is pushing Daniels to go on ‘Hannity’ to deny the affair.

‘By doing tomorrow you just create another news cycle instead of putting an end to this one,’ he wrote.

But later, he writes, according to an appendix in the suit: ‘The wise men all believe the story is dying and don’t think it’s smart for her to do any interviews.’

‘100%,’ Davidson wrote back.

‘Thanks pal,’ Cohen replied.

The suit says Davidson ‘secretly tipped Mr. Cohen off to Ms. Clifford’s plans’ to get a new lawyer –Avenatti – a move that prompted Cohen to go to arbitration to seek damages against her for violating a nondisclosure agreement.

Davidson also tried to reach Cohen on March 2, 2018. ‘U calling?’ he wrote.

‘With flotus. Give me a minute,’ Cohen responed – a reference to First Lady Melania Trump.
