A high-profile Melbourne fashion designer has listed her luxurious million-dollar ‘palace’.
Michelle Aznavorian, who owns the multimillion-dollar fashion label Mischa, is selling her luxurious French-inspired home in Melbourne’s east.
The Glen Waverly house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a large living room and adjoining stylish kitchen.
It has been listed by Harcourts Judd White Agent Julie Wells with a $1.8-$1.9m price guide.
The home will go on auction on July 15, which will be led by Dexter Prack, the agency’s CEO.

Michelle and her husband Martin Perez bought the property in 2016, and had an extensive renovation done to give it an airy Parisian feel.
Speaking to The Herald Sun, the fashion designer said she is still ‘very much in love’ with the property, but always planned on selling it.

‘From the moment I purchased the house I had the plan to sell it after seven years, and I will do the same after each property I purchase,’ she said.
Michelle added that she, her husband, and her children, will always have ‘unforgettable memories’ in the Glen Waverly house.
‘The endless summer days spent by the pool and summer evening parties hosted in the yard were magical,’ she said.
‘We have unforgettable memories sitting out on the balcony after work and enjoying our beautiful garden and views.’
