Melinda Messenger ‘hits it off’ with hunky lawyer at ball

She found fame as a topless model in the 1990s before turning to a career in television.

And Melinda Messenger was enjoying being back in the spotlight as she left the Float Like a Butterfly charity gala held at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on Friday night hand in hand with a hunky male guest.

The former glamour model, 46, looked gleeful as she clutched the hand of hunky lawyer Joel Mason before they left the charity bash to carry on the party at plush Soho club Groucho’s.

Mum’s the word: Last year the TV presenter said she was ready to have a child with Warren (pictured together in 2014), although she did express worries about becoming an ‘older mum’

At the time she told Hello! magazine: ‘All the kids are desperate for Warren and I to have a child together and it’s certainly something we’ve talked about a lot. Warren’s very keen, too.

‘I would love to, but there’s no escaping the fact that, even though I keep myself fit and healthy, I would be an older new mum and that does worry me.’

The couple had also discussed marriage, and Warren said: ‘I love Melinda and what label our relationship has doesn’t matter to me, but I do think it would be lovely to be husband and wife and I know it’s something the kids want.’
