- Federal case in progress to distribute Melissa Caddick’s many expensive assets
- Husband Anthony Koletti has lodged a claim for several highly valuable items
Melissa Caddick’s husband has detailed demands for ‘exclusive use’ of her fine art collection, her diamond and white gold jewellery, a Gucci wedding dress in a claim on her estate.
Anthony Koletti, who last saw her when she vanished on November 11, 2020, after their Dover Heights mansion was raided as part of an ASIC investigation, lodged the claim with the Federal Court of Australia on Tuesday.
Among the items Mr Koletti’s lawyer Judith Swan specified were ‘five John Olsen paintings’, her Gucci wedding dress, several items of 18 carat gold jewellery and a diamond ring worth $33,960.
In the claim Ms Swan insisted Mr Koletti was the ‘primary carer’ of her teenage son and that had been able to get fulltime work as a hairdresser because of ‘due to the allegations’ against Caddick.
