They post selfies from his private jet, holiday at his South Coast beachside compound and indulge in a never-ending long lunch at the swankiest of his Merivale restaurants.

Meet Justin Hemmes’ genetically-blessed pack of gal pals – and a handful of well-connected guy friends – who make up the hospitality billionaire’s tight-knit inner-circle regularly seen splashed across social media and the gossip pages alongside Sydney’s most-famous pub tsar.

The ‘pretty posse’ is connected to Hemmes, 49, mostly via his model girlfriend, Madeline Holtznagel, 25, and consists of Instagram models, influencers and designers while some are also listed as staffers within his Merivale venue empire.

Leading the pack is Holtznagel’s best-friend and live-in housemate Indiana Thew who has carved a lucrative career as an Instagram model and influencer.

Thew, who is believed to reside with Holtznagel at a Coogee penthouse owned by Hemmes, was recently linked to the son of retail and property tycoon Theo Onisforou and has launched a side hustle on the racy adult content sharing site OnlyFans.

Joining them is stunning model and influencer Laura Dewit, 23, who charts her jet-setting lifestyle for her 90,000 Instagram followers and boasts a handful of major fashion campaigns.

Top-ranking Instagram model Olivia Grivas, 22, is also a key member of Hemmes’ girl crew along with former fashion student-turned-aspiring model Monica Kubiak.

Rounding out the group is striking brunette and Merivale ‘junior executive assistant’ Yvette Laferla, 23, hospitality hostess Katherine Clarke, 24 and fashion designer Tarni McGovern – all close friends of Holtznagel’s and regulars at Hemmes’ south coast holiday compound.

Actor Hugh Sheridan is one of a handful of close male friends of whom Hemmes is said to be both fiercely protective and loyal to.

Sheridan, who currently resides in the US after briefly returning to Australia to shoot the Packed To The Rafters reboot – is said to be considering holding his upcoming nuptials to fiance Kurt Roberts at The Hermitage – the Hemmes family mansion in Vaucluse.

Another high-profile Hemmes confidante is well-known finance and racing identity Brae Sokolski – better known within the racing industry as the high-flying owner of 2019 Everest winner Yes Yes Yes and 2020 Caulfield Cup winner Verry Elleegant.

Popular Sydney property developer Greg Magree – father of US-based DJ and singer Georgia Magree – is also a regular fixture at the Hemmes family’s historic waterfront home along with luxury salesman and former business partner of Kyle Sandilands, Nasser Elkordi.

Sources close to Hemmes says he is ‘selective and exceedingly discreet’ when it comes to his circle of friends.

‘But if you are in then the world is your oyster,’ said a source close to the hotel kingpin whose net worth is estimated at about $1.06billion.

‘It’s kind of like being handed the keys to the city.

‘There’s the parties and the private jet and the holidays and the amazing restaurants. The perks of being in ‘the Hemmesphere’ are many and varied.’
