Messina is bringing back its 40 most popular flavours including best-sellers like lamington, ‘Milomisu’ and ‘Finger Bun’ for a limited time only.
The gelato giant will revive its ‘greatest hits’ as part of a lockdown special for the nearly 14million Australians stuck in lockdown across NSW, VIC and SA, with takeaway tubs available for pre-order and pick-up only.
The line-up posted to Messina’s website shows Aussie classics like fairy bread, peach bellini and musk stick sorbet are back on the menu, alongside family favourites such as pavlova, sticky date and Golden Gaytime.
Cult classics including Robert Blondie Jr, ‘You Cannoli Live Once’ and ‘Gorgeous Dave’ will also be up for grabs.

There’s even a collection of Game of Thrones inspired flavours, with names like Hodor and Jon Snow.
Fans can place pre-orders on their most-loved flavours on Monday, July 26, with collection open from July 30 to August 1 at select Messina stores.
Sydneysiders within five kilometres of the Rosebery, Tramsheds, Bondi, Darlinghurst, Parramatta and Brighton Le Sands outlets are in luck.
Further south in Victoria, Melburnians living near the Fitzroy and East Brunswick parlours can stock up on as much as they can carry.

In Queensland the specials will also be sold in the South Brisbane store while in Canberra, Braddon is the only participating outlet.
Tubs cost $16, but anyone stocking up for lockdown in Sydney or Melbourne can also get deals like three for $45, six for $85 and 9 for $125 by using promotional codes on Messina’s website.
There’s even a special offer of a whopping 20 tubs for $260 if you type the word ‘baller’ at the online checkout.
The ice cream parlour sent fans into a frenzy by unveiling the comeback menu in an Instagram post on Thursday, which drew excited responses such as ‘omg omg omg’ and ‘we need to order these immediately’.
Since launching in 2002, Messina has created more than 4,000 unique gelato flavours.
