Sydney’s eastern suburbs were rocked by rumours that Michael Clarke hooked up with eyebrow queen Kristin Fisher on New Year’s Eve, just weeks after his split from on-again-off-again girlfriend Pip Edwards.

Kristin, 36, and Michael, 40, are said to have got together at a party in Vaucluse hosted by their mutual friends Dina Broadhurst and Max Shepherd, with The Daily Telegraph later reporting Pip, 41, ‘wasn’t happy’ about what happened.

While neither woman has publicly commented on the rumours, both have shared plenty of thirst-trap selfies on Instagram over the past month – perhaps in a thinly veiled bid to grab the attention of the retired Australian cricket captain.

Showing no sign of heartache, P.E Nation founder Pip has shared many bikini-clad photos in the wake of the couple’s split in early December.

The activewear designer posted a cleavage-baring snap of herself on New Year’s Day, while drinking Patrón tequila in the sunshine.

‘It’s a new day, a new year and with my new drink for 2022,’ she captioned the post, which showed off her washboard abs and endless pins.

She posed in a skimpy orange two-piece with pal Dina Broadhurst – who hosted the New Year’s Eve bash and was previously best friends with Pip Edwards – days later.

It was weeks later that his name would be splashed across the headlines once again, after reportedly hooking up with Kristin at the NYE party.

It’s unclear if they are dating or if their rendezvous was a one-time thing.

In a bizarre twist, now Dina and Kristin appear to be the best of pals. 

While at the party, the ladies posed for happy snaps to show off their matching black outfits on Instagram, with Kristin commenting: ‘Twinny! Love you’.

She explained to Waverley Local Court she’d made a ‘dreadful mistake’ when she was caught in the backseat of a cocaine dealer’s car on July 17, and promised she would never use drugs again.

The mother of two was found in the passenger seat of a drug dealer’s Kia Rio ‘frantically’ trying to evade police with two bags of cocaine at her feet.

Magistrate Ross Hudson allowed Kristin to enter a guilty plea, and read two character references tendered to the court.

‘I made a dreadful mistake… I remember going home and sitting in silence for hours and I was deeply embarrassed. I have vowed I will never do it again,’ Kristin said in a letter to the court.

Mr Hudson accepted the guilty plea and said no conviction would be recorded if Kristin was of good behaviour for six months.

She was ordered to pay $1,500 in fines, including $1,000 for breaching Covid lockdown orders.
