Sharing a side by side shirtless comparison, the radio host revealed he had lost 4.9 kilograms in just 28 days using The Bachelor’s Sam Wood’s diet and exercise program.

Wippa sported a noticeably slimmer figure in the second photo, revealing his dramatic weight loss had happened in just under a month.
