Just last week, she shared her heartbreak over having to be away from her three-year-old son, Axel. 

And on Thursday, Michelle Bridges looked the picture of happiness as she stepped out with her little boy in Sydney’s Potts Point.

The former Biggest Loser trainer, 48, looked radiant as she carried her son – who she shares with partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis – in her arms.

Michelle cut a stylish figure on the day, wearing denim jeans and a white singlet. 

The fitness fanatic paired her outfit with nude flat shoes and a brown belt, and carried a garment bag in her left hand.

She completed the look with dewy and natural-looking makeup and styled her long, brunette hair in loose waves.

Michelle looked rather animated as she carried Axel around on her hip. 

It comes after the businesswoman shared an emotional message to ‘all mothers’ about how hard it is to be away from their children. 

She took to Instagram to share a picture of her son eating a watermelon, writing in the caption that she struggles when they are apart.

‘A new appreciation to all the mums out there who for whatever reason have to make that decision which results in being away from your bubbas and family. 

‘It has been three days and it will end after five and my heart breaks with every day I’m away… He is with his dad and other siblings and family and totally fine… but it’s an ache only a mother knows.’
