And Michelle Heaton proved she’s sticking to it as she shared a series of snaps from the gym on Monday to her Instagram Stories.
The former Liberty X star, 41, has embraced a healthy, abstinence based lifestyle after entering rehab to combat alcohol and substance abuse issues last April.

She posed for a snap in her workout gear, sporting a khaki green sports bra and white jogging bottoms that showed off her toned midriff.
She then slipped in a nude swimsuit, boasting a plunging neckline that showed off a hint of her ample cleavage.
Captioning the stunning shot, she wrote: ‘Now for a spot of swimming.’
Showing off her commitment to her progress she also shared a photo of an energy bar resting on top of a book called A Woman’s Way through the Twelve Steps, detailing the recovery process from addiction.

Mother-of-two Michelle was without her husband, businessman and personal trainer Hugh Hanley, after admitting he has influenced her healthy new gym regime.
Taking to Instagram in December, Michelle shared a photo of the couple working out side by side, with the accompanying caption: ‘Couples who train together stay together! Check out our videos of back and cardio today… I must say I’m punching, mr hanley is looking HOT’ [sic]
‘This man @hughhanley is my everything! I can’t believe how my body has transformed since my addictions have stopped! All that excess sugar, not eating, binging and REPEAT! brought me to my knees mentally and physically!’

The singer checked into The Priory in April last year in a bid to beat her alcohol addiction after being days away from death.
A now tee-total Michelle says her craving for drink was so strong she became consumed by her own needs rather than those of her children Faith, nine, and Aaron, seven.
She told The Sun: ‘I would always promise myself this was the last time I was going to drink or use cocaine. But I’d wake up with the fear of it not being there and have to buy more vodka.

‘I’d manipulate friends into picking up the kids from school. I was selfish. I was exhausted.
‘I didn’t want to lie, but I had to because I needed alcohol. It was relentless.’
She was told she would die if she did not confront her problems, with her liver being on the verge of cirrhosis by the time she checked into rehab.

Sharing a picture of herself looking ‘swollen from a failing liver’, she wrote: ‘So.. 2021 for me was a whole load of different things. But it turned out to be the best year of my life – a life beyond my wildest dreams.
‘And with that me & @hughhanley are working on helping others change their habits and lifestyle starting in the coming months so look out for our news!
