In the Instagram shot, Pfeiffer looks impossibly fresh without a stitch of makeup on and smiling for the camera.

Her signature blonde tresses were down in natural waves and flipped to one side in the snap and she was dressed in a cozy black cowl neck sweater.

Michelle penned: ‘excited to see my family for Thanksgiving, but will miss my Montreal crew’

Despite the film being set in Paris, the crew is filming on the picturesque streets of Montreal, Canada.

Pfeiffer positively gushed about the project and the cast in a recent social media post after a week of filming.

‘#TGIF! Finishing another exhilarating and exhausting week trying to keep up with one of the most talented group of actors I have ever had the good fortune to work with on #FrenchExit,’ she wrote on Instagram.

Adding: ‘Wait till you see these performances in this movie!’

The movie is based on Canadian writer Patrick De Witt’s 2018 novel of the same name, and the author has been tapped to adapt his book to the screen.

Manchester By The Sea Oscar nominee Lucas Hedges will play Michelle’s son and August – Osage Country playwright Tracy Letts the voice of her husband/cat.

The movie version of this book is being helmed by Azazel Jacobs, who directed Tracy opposite Debra Winger in the 2017 romantic comedy The Lovers.
