Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus are never getting back together, according to friends of the Australian actor.
A source told NW magazine that Liam couldn’t handle the fact Miley had reverted back to her old partying ways after they got married last December.
‘Liam is sick of being humiliated. And the way she’s acting, she’s doing an excellent job of making sure he won’t go back,’ they said.

It comes after The Sun claimed that Liam’s family was begging him to ‘cut off all contact with the Can’t Be Tamed singer.
According to the publication, the Hemsworths were deeply concerned that Liam, 29, would reconcile with Miley, 26, after their split was announced earlier this month.
A source said: ‘Miley and Liam both keep saying the word “separated”, not “divorcing”, which has his family really worried they’re leaving the door open to get back together in the future.
‘[Their marriage] has been toxic for way too long. They’re not meant to be together.’

A representative for Miley confirmed the split on Saturday, August 10.
They said in a statement: ‘Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time. Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers.
‘They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy.’
While the pair didn’t confirm their break-up until this month, it’s believed they actually called it quits in June after ‘drifting apart’.
The last known footage of them together was from July 9 during a sighting in California, but they looked decidedly unhappy.

Liam broke his silence on Tuesday, two days after pictures of Miley kissing Brody Jenner’s blogger ex-wife Kaitlynn Carter were splashed across the tabloids.
He shared a photo to Instagram of a beach at sunset alongside a brief caption addressed to his fans after it was claimed that they have been separated for months.
He wrote: ‘Hi all. Just a quick note to say that Miley and I have recently separated and I wish her nothing but health and happiness going forward… Peace and Love.’
Miley and Liam married last December in her native Tennessee after an on-off romance that began when they co-starred in the 2010 movie The Last Song.

Miley released a break-up ballad titled Slide Away last week, in which she sings about drug and alcohol use and moving on, amid her split from Liam.
The telling chorus appears to hint that Liam will relocate to Australia, as she repeats: ‘So won’t you slide away? Back to the ocean, I’ll go back to the city lights.’
Lyrics also allude to their younger years, as she sings, ‘Move on, we’re not 17 / I’m not who I used to be / You said that everything changed / You’re right, I’m grown now.’
