Million Dollar Listing LA’s Tracy Tutor, 48, confirms split from toyboy Erik Anderson, 27, after three years of dating

It’s over for Million Dollar Listing L.A.’s Tracy Tutor, 48, and her much younger boyfriend Erik Anderson, 27.

The reality television personality and the personal trainer have decided to call it quits after dating for three and a half years.

She confirmed their split during an appearance on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live on Wednesday.

Tracy told the host that she and Anderson are currently on a break and he’s already moved out of her house.

She also revealed that she sold him the condo that he relocated to, so she got a nice commission on the end of her relationship.  

The Radio Andy host told listeners ‘Tracy is unfortunately single,’ prompting her to retort: ‘Unfortunately, Jesus Jeff.’

Lewis commented that he had met Anderson at Tracy’s house and said he was a nice guy.

Tracy revealed that they got together just before COVID-19 and took the leap and quarantined together at Tracy’s L.A. home.

‘We kind of just looked at each other and said, “Well, let’s just stick together,”‘ Tracy recalled in a July 2020 interview with Amy Phillips on SiriusXM Radio Andy’s Reality Checked.

‘So we’ve just been in this bubble for the last several months… we’re really enjoying it,’ she added at the time.

But now it is over and she admitted to Lewis that it ended about a month ago. 

He asked her how she was doing and she told him she needed a boyfriend. 

‘I should not be single. It’s dangerous for myself, for the city of Los Angeles and wherever else I travel to,’ she said.

She added: ‘I make poor decisions left and right. I go out on a Monday night. I stole a car accidentally in the Hamptons, like things just go wrong.’

Tutor has been part of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles since it’s 10th season in 2017.

She got together with Anderson not long after she divorced her husband Jason Maltas.

They share custody of daughters Juliet, 17, and Scarlett, 14.
