After a decade, Miranda Kerr is bidding adieu to her Malibu abode.
The Australian model, 41, has sold her six-bed, six-bath house for $4.115 million, according to TMZ, after putting the property on the market for just under $4.5 million back in February.
Built in 1960, the 3,713-square-foot home sits steps from the beach, with a pool, spa, guest house and a patio with a gorgeous ocean view.
Other details include a hand-carved Balinese door and classic Malibu design features, like soaring ceilings and glass walls, as well as a large built-in granite fireplace.
Designed as an open-plan, the main living area has built-in bookshelves and includes an adjoining patio which is perfect for al fresco dining.

The pool and jacuzzi connect to a guest house with elegant arch windows, a small kitchenette and bathroom.
During the renovation, Miranda added a tub and shower to the primary bedroom.
The Shawshank Redemption star James Whitmore owned the house until he died in 2009.

The pair co-parents 13-year-old son Flynn Christopher.
The real estate sale comes after Kerr and husband Evan Spiegel moved into a $180 million compound with their family.
Spiegel, 34, also listed one of his Brentwood homes for $20 million and another in the same area for $12 million
Kerr married the Snap Inc. co-founder CEO in 2017, and they share sons Hart, 6, Myles, 4, and 4-month-old Pierre.
The couple welcomed their youngest in February, shortly after Kerr listed the Malibu property.

Kerr previously credited regular ‘date nights’ and ‘alone time’ with keeping their marriage alive.
‘We definitely both feel it’s so important to have quality time with each other,’ she told 90Honey Celebrity in April.
‘So at night time for sure, we have that wind down time together after the kids are asleep,’ added Kerr.
