A Confederate flag-waving Missouri woman has been filmed telling Black Lives Matter supporters she plans to ‘teach her grandkids to hate’ them. 

Shocking footage shows as the Branson resident, who identified herself as Kathy Bennett to the The News-Leader, yells ‘KKK belief’ when challenged on her views. 

The video was taken outside a store in the city Sunday amid protests over the death of George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police on May 25.  

After a clip of the incident went viral Mayor Ed Akers said the city ‘does not condone any type of hate speech’.

Draped in a Confederate flag Bennett, wearing a camouflage Make America Great Again cap, tells protesters: ‘I will teach them to f***ing hate all of you people. I will teach my grandkids to hate you all. Suck on this’ 

When one demonstrator replies ‘hating is not a way to live’ she pumps her fist and adds: ‘KKK belief.’

The clip was shared online by rapper Ice T on Monday, who wrote: ‘Racist of the Day…’

His tweet had been shared more than 2,000 times as of Tuesday afternoon.   

Black Lives Matters protesters had gathered outside the Dixie Outfitters in the city after 2015 reports of its owners’ connection to the Ku Klux Klan.

The store wrote on Facebook on Sunday: ‘I want to thank everyone that showed up today in support of Dixie Outfitters. And many thanks to Branson PD!’

They added: ‘We especially appreciate the group prayer for our country! These thugs don’t just hate us…they hate our country! They hate patriotism, faith and freedom! But God still reigns over Branson, MO!’

Mayor Akers said: ‘The city of Branson does not condone any type of hate speech. The majority of the people of Branson are welcoming, open and neighborly citizens. 

‘Many here have strong moral background with servant’s hearts and a spirit of hospitality. We welcome all to come and experience our friendly town.’
