In demand models are known for their weird and wacky food requests.

And on Wednesday, former Victoria’s Secret model Jessica Hart shared a photo of her made-to-order vegan meal on board a Qantas business class flight from Los Angeles to New York City.

The 33-year-old Australian star uploaded a photo of her special dish, consisting of a plate of steamed broccoli, peas and bok choy, a bowl of strawberries and a red-coloured condiment.

The blonde glamazon washed the healthy meal down with a chilled glass of water.

The supermodel simply captioned the image of her meal: ‘Vegan lyf (life).’

Moments earlier, Jessica posted a photo of her posing inside the terminal in front of a Qantas airplane, with the caption: ‘NYC bound.’

Jessica appears to be following a vegan diet now, which is a far cry from her rather relaxed eating habits back in 2017.

She previously said that she ‘doesn’t hold back’ when it comes to eating the food she loves, such as burgers, but balances it with healthier meals and exercise.

‘I eat a lot of meat, and I’ve always fought with myself about that, but when I try to eat more traditionally healthy things – porridge and fruit, say – my stomach really hurts, and I get so bloated,’ she told Mind Body Green in 2017.

‘Now, I’m trying to just listen to my body and give it what it wants and not feel ashamed or guilty about that.

She shared that she is a strong believer in intuitive eating, which also includes intermittent fasting.

‘My body feels better with intermittent fasting. Everyone always says it’s bad not to eat breakfast or that you should eat before you work out, and in the session today, they said that’s the worst thing you can do.

‘So the way that I’m naturally, intuitively eating is actually healthier—for my body at least.’

Jessica previously said she isn’t a huge breakfast person, but will often start her day with a tea or coffee.

Not all of her days are the same when it comes to what she eats, which she previously told Popsugar.

‘I find for breakfast it always varies…I’m not a massive breakfast person, so usually by early lunch time I start to get hungry, which is never any good because when I’m hungry I can’t make any good decisions.’
