A young model from Florida has shared the terrifying video of her ‘stalker’ arriving at her home at night and watching her sleep through her bedroom window — and she’s revealed how she learned that he would do it every Sunday night.
Gustė Janušauskaitė, 22, a Lithuanian-born model and recent Florida State University graduate, has gone viral after posting the Ring security footage on TikTok.
She went on to explain how the man got inside her gated community and would hover outside her home at night, and how they only discovered the threat after her mother thought to install the security cameras.

Gustė’s viral video shows the moment the unidentified man arrived outside her home at night and looked around the front door. He then moved down to a nearby window into Gustė’s bedroom, where he stood and watched her.
Gustė said that she had just arrived home at 11:10 pm, and he had showed up a minute later.
‘This is literally how women die, because no one listens to us and we’re constantly in danger,’ Gustė said
Her bed is pushed up to the window, meaning his face was just inches away from hers while she slept.
In follow-up videos, Gustė said that she hadn’t thought it was necessary to get doorbell cameras in their safe community, but her mother insisted.
‘God bless my mother’s intuition, because it definitely saved my life. Because the same day we put the cameras in, that night we caught that footage,’ she said.
They were alarmed to see him arriving so soon after she did, with Gustė saying: ‘So he knew my schedule and when I got home.’
After the first time it happened, Gustė’s mother called the police — who told her to lock her doors and keep her blinds closed.
‘Police did nothing, so we moved the camera closer to my room and caught him coming back,’ she said.
Gustė wasn’t satisfied with the police’s advice, so she decided to make a booby trap. She described how she tied a rope between two trees outside her window, which would cause the man to trip and fall when he was outside, alerting her to his presence.

One night, she said she got home around two in the morning and went to bed, and just minutes later, she heard him trip over her booby trap.
‘Immediately my heart drops to my stomach and I start having a f***ing panic attack,’ she said.
When she checked the Ring camera — because he blinds were closed — she saw that he was standing directly outside.
Gustė said she ran frantically to her mother’s room to wake her up, prompting her mother to run into her room and open the curtains.
‘She starts yelling and banging on the window like a crazy person,’ she said, adding that the man wasn’t spooked enough to run, but calmly walked away from the house when he was caught.

‘After the incident, I began carrying a pocket knife and pepper spray on me at all times just to feel a bit safer when leaving my house knowing I had something to defend myself,’ she said
‘The situation was extremely difficult to deal with once it happened. I had/still have PTSD when going to sleep in my room,’ she admitted
The pair called the police again, but they only offered the same advice about keeping blinds closed.
‘This is literally how women die, because no one listens to us and we’re constantly in danger,’ Gustė said.
Gustė has since moved, and told Bored Panda that she’s considering taking self defense classes — and also carries protection.
‘After the incident, I began carrying a pocket knife and pepper spray on me at all times just to feel a bit safer when leaving my house knowing I had something to defend myself,’ she said.
‘The situation was extremely difficult to deal with once it happened. I had/still have PTSD when going to sleep in my room. I would be able to hear a leaf falling to the floor outside my window because of how alert and aware my senses became since the incident.
‘There were a couple of instances where I had panic attacks thinking he came back and I would wake my mom up, but in reality, no one was there after checking our cameras.’
