Mollie King earns fashion stripes in chic trousers with a denim jacket

She knows how to work her signature style for any occasion. 

And as ever, Mollie King was showing off her stunning style as she headed to the BBC studios in London on Saturday morning, with the day’s look seeing her dazzle in edgy trousers with a cropped denim jacket.

The 30-year-old Saturdays star looked sensational in the ensemble which lengthened her legs while the denim jacket gave a retro touch.

Mollie looked phenomenal in her chic ensemble with mauve and red stripes giving a head-turning touch to the typically kooky look.

She layered up with a white T-shirt and a cropped denim jacket while she toted a designer bag across her chest for an elegant touch. 

The hitmaker wore her blonde locks in loose waves falling over her shoulders with a centre parting while her make-up was perfectly applied.   

The previous day, the pop princess brightened up a grey day with a shimmering burnt orange bomber jacket – emblazoned with the phrase Je Suis La Rollergirl.

Mollie beamed as she walked through the English capital and slipped her slender pins into a pair of cropped denim jeans.

The Issues hit maker pounded the pavement in a pair of fresh-out-the-box white trainers, with complemented her classic form-fitting T-shirt. 

Toting a chic faux snake-skin handbag, Mollie kept her golden tresses in its natural sleek straight style, while retro angular sunglasses sheilded her eyes.

Mollie left her glitzy accessories at home, letting her striking statement jacket do all the talking. 

The singer recently transitioned from pop star to radio presenter alongside former X Factor spin-off presenter, Matt Edmondson. 

While loving her new job,  Mollie was successfully pranked by Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston during her BBC radio show on Thursday.

The iconic actor told her he was a huge fan of her band, listing the names of the singers and even singing the lyrics to All Fired Up to her.

But she was embarrassed to learn that it was all a set-up and in fact, Bryan had never heard of her pop band and everything was being fed in his ear.

Bryan was being interviewed by Mollie and Matt Edmondson in a pre-recorded segment for Friday’s show and he told Mollie: ‘I’m a big fan of yours. I’ve been a big fan of yours for many years, actually.

‘I did a movie over here a year ago and my kids are crazy for you guys, The Saturdays…’

‘No way,’ a delighted and shocked Mollie said.  

‘My gosh, that is the best thing I’ve heard in years,’ she continued. ‘I feel so cool all of a sudden.’

Then Matt interjected to shame Mollie, saying: ‘Is this the best time to say that Mollie has never seen Breaking Bad?’

‘I have seen Malcolm In The Middle, though,’ she said, in defence.

Matt then asked Bryan what his favourite Saturdays song is and he replied: ‘My gosh, there are so many.’

‘I think Up was probably one of my favourites. It’s so high energy,’ he said.

Mollie continued: ‘This is the coolest moment of my life. Literally. Can you believe this?’

Matt then asked Bryan to name one other member of the Saturdays and he listed them all, but mishearing in his headpiece, he said Victoria instead of Vanessa.

‘I believe Bryan is the greatest actor of his generation. You give him any role and he will absolutely nail it’ Matt said.

‘Do you know why I think that? We just gave him the role of being a Saturdays superfan and he’s never heard of them.’ 

Embarrassed, Mollie said: ‘I hate you both officially. I can’t believe you have both done this to me. I will listen now [to the band]. 

‘I wouldn’t bother,’ Matt said. ‘The band is over. They are in the past now.’
