Moo-ve over! Moment a truck driver narrowly avoids slamming into a herd of nonchalant cattle blocking a road

  • A truck driver ploughed through a herd of cattle blocking the road in Narromine
  • The heart-stopping moment was caught on dashcam, none of the cows were hit
  • The fortunate driver was unharmed by the incident, as was his B-Double truck

The moment a truck driver ploughed through a herd of cattle blocking the road has been caught on dash cam.

The truck narrowly misses the cows who can be seen calmly walking around in the middle of the road.

The heart-stopping incident occurred in the Australian outback around Narromine, a town located in the Orana region of New South Wales, on July 28.

The terrifying moment a truck driver ploughed through a herd of cattle blocking the road was caught on dash cam

The man can be seen driving along the dark, rural road, when the animals suddenly appeared in his vision out of nowhere, leaving him little time to react.

The cows did not look panicked by the large vehicle, but rather seemed to casually saunter out of the way of truck hurtling towards them at speed.

The driver later said: ‘I was driving my B-Double truck through the outback and managed to find a path through a herd of cattle.

‘It’s almost like they gave me just enough room.

‘As another driver said to me, I squeezed through and wiped the cow’s bum with my fuel tank.’

No damage was caused to the truck nor were the cattle harmed.

The man was fortunately unscathed by the incident.
