A Georgia mother accused of killing her two youngest sons ‘by placing them in an oven and turning it on,’ according to an arrest warrant.

As reported by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the warrant suspects the 24-year-old Lamora Williams from Atlanta, Georgia, locked two of her four children in the oven around midnight Thursday and Friday late evening.

According to the Atlanta police, the one and two-year-old boys ‘received burn marks on their bodies at some point, possibly from the stove.’

The stove was taken from the scene for additional investigation and an official autopsy is still being conducted.

Fulton County jail officials say Williams waived her first appearance in court on Monday for felony murder charges.

Williams video chatted her boy’s father, Jameel Penn, and showed that something was off at her home.

He alerted police immediately when he saw his kids on the ground.

But once law enforcement got to the Oakland City West End apartment, Ke’Younte Penn and Ja’Karter Williams – two and one – were already dead.

At a vigil while holding his son Jameel, three, Penn said: ‘I ain’t got no soul no more.’

The boy had been in the home when police arrived but was unharmed.

The mother’s six-year-old daughter was with family on Friday and not at the apartment.

Williams was said to have suffered from undiagnosed mental health problems brought on by her father’s passing when she was 19 and being a single mother of four young children.

And while she was said to have been getting help from Penn, it wasn’t enough.

The mother was said to have quit her job around a month ago because she was unable to find the kids a babysitter.

‘Nobody could tell what she was going through,’ said friend Neesa Smith.

Smith added that Williams had called her on Friday night saying she ‘couldn’t do it anymore.’

She was allegedly told by the mother that the boys were already dead when she asked for more details.

Smith said she told Williams to call the police but instead the mother called Penn.

Police said Williams claims to have left her kids with a caregiver at noon on Friday and came back to find them dead and the caretaker gone.

But officials don’t believe that she left them.

Her sister, Tabitha Hollingsworth, feels Williams should be put on suicide watch in Fulton County jail.

Family has not been allowed to see her.
