A mother has made a frantic plea for help in finding her missing 14-year-old daughter.

Charlotte Hatswell was last seen on Saturday around lunchtime.

The teen left her family home in Ottery St Mary, Devon, at 11am on Saturday and caught a bus into Exeter.

She was last seen at Exeter’s Central Station at 12.20pm that day.

Devon and Cornwall police said today that they believe the teen may have travelled to London by train and could be looking for places to stay around the Strand and Trafalgar Square.

Her anxious mother Sarah Hatswell has not heard from her since – and police say Charlotte is a high risk missing person.

A worried Sarah has used social media to appeal for help in finding the missing blonde teenager.

She said today: ‘We just need to know that she is safe. Our girl is out there somewhere.

‘Please keep sharing so Charlotte will be spotted.’
