Stacey explained how her day got off to a good start as her husband Joe Swash took over one of the night feeds for baby Belle before he headed off for work.

‘We did the school runs and then afterwards I managed to make it for the first time EVER to Rhyme time at the library with Rex, Rose & Belle,’ Stacey continued.

‘Spent some time with other mum’s & felt so nice to see Rex & Belle enjoying being out of the house.  Then we stayed out as long as we could, came home, played play dough shops did tuna pasta dinner & this evening was swimming lesson for Rexy.’

‘Now we are home & I’m ready to collapse on the sofa & start the cluster feeds.’

‘Sorry for the essay. but basically Just a little reminder that you’re doing amazing, even when you feel like you’re not. You’re so incredible don’t forget to tell yourself that sometimes.’

The Loose Women star added that she was spending her evening trying to plan a last minute family holiday during the Easter break.

‘Aimlessly searching for somehwere to take the kids before I go back to filming away,’ she exlained of her imminent return to work.

‘Lots of you asking if it is daunting the thought of taking them all away. Yes definitely but I feel like now’s the best time before Belle is running around and Joe and me are running after the the three little ones and they outnumber us,’ the busy mum later explained.

Last week Stacey admitted she feels ‘absolutely f****d 100 per cent of the time’.

The TV personality, 33, shared advice to other mothers on her Instagram story on Wednesday afternoon, reassuring them that they are doing an ‘incredible job’.

She said: ‘Public service announcement for anyone who’s ever like ‘Oh my gosh, it looks like they’ve got their s**t together – and I really haven’t’. Please don’t feel like that, you’re doing an incredible job.

‘And I know it looks like I’ve just gone straight back to normal as if I never gave birth. It feels like that if I’m honest!’

She continued: ‘But it’s only because the whole ‘sleep when she sleeps, make sure you take time to rest and recover, don’t do anything too quickly’ goes out the window when you’ve got a one year old!

‘It’s incredible this age gap, three, one and 0. I’m so grateful to have three young babies that I can raise together and grow up together and I am honestly so grateful.

‘But I can assure you that 100 per cent of the time I feel absolutely f****d!’
