Mother-of-nine who was left with lopsided ‘porn star’ breasts finally gets her dream C-cup

A mother-of-nine who was left with lopsided ‘porn star’ breasts has finally had her chest fixed after nine years of hell.

Jessica underwent her first boob job in 2010, in which she was talked into getting bigger implants than the C-cup she wanted.

Within two weeks of the procedure, her right breast began migrating upwards while her left breast began to droop.

A second surgeon was unable to rectify her problem, leaving Jessie, from Boise in Idaho, riddled with embarrassment over her wonky chest.

Desperately wanting to fix the problem, Jessie consulted doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow of the hit TV show Botched.

Dr Dubrow found a concerning ‘amount of slime’ inside her right breast while on the operating table.

But he was still able to remove the implants out and gave her a lift, leaving her with the C-cup pair of breasts she had always wanted.

Afterwards, a delighted Jessie, whose surname is unclear, said: ‘I feel free of the prison I’ve been in for the past nine years.

‘I’m finally comfortable in front of my husband and I’m able to have the intimacy with him I’ve never had before.’

Jessie, who has nine children with her husband Carlos, had her first boob job back in 2010 and just wanted to be a C-cup.

But she admitted she was talked into getting ‘full porn star boobs’. It isn’t clear what size she was before the procedure to fix her chest, or before her initial boob job.

Within two weeks of the surgery, her right breast began migrating upwards while her left breast began to droop.

Known as capsular contracture, the complication can cause breast implants to shift, change shape, or feel quite hard.

The formation of a ‘capsule’ of scar tissue around any kind of implant is a normal part of the healing process and can help keep the implant in place.

WHAT IS CAPSULAR CONTRACTURE?

Capsular contracture is a complication with foreign materials in the body, such as breast implants. The cause is unknown but some researchers suggest it is a response of the immune system.

A ‘capsule’ of scar tissue around the implant is normal for healing. However, it can become hard or grow and surround the implant, causing pain or uneven breasts.

Research shows about one in six breast augmentation patients experience some degree of capsular contracture.

The severity of capsular contracture is rated using a grading system from one to four.

Patients with grade four have hard and misshapen breasts, experience breast soreness, tenderness and pain.

However, in some patients, this capsule of scar tissue becomes unusually hard and starts to contract around the implant and make them look strange. It can be extremely painful.

Around one in six breast augmentation patients experience some degree of capsular contracture, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Five years after her initial procedure, Jessie had another surgery to try and fix the problem but the surgeon put the same implants back in.

Once again, she got capsulation, with her surgeon simply saying: ‘I’m sorry, I tried.’

By the time Jessie saw Dr Nassif and Dr Dubrow, she was using ‘boob glue’ to keep her right boob inside her bra.

Dr Dubrow agreed he could help Jessie, although once she was on the operating table he was concerned with the ‘amount of slime’ inside her right breast. It is unclear what this slime was.
