A biker driving behind the victim captured the terrible scenes from a camera on his helmet.
The horrific incident occurred on a packed dual-carriageway near Brasilia, the capital of Brazil.
At the start of the clip the motorcyclist can be seen driving along, when suddenly the tyre flies through the air towards the driver.
His body is thrown onto a grassy hard shoulder while his motorcycle crashes into the ground further ahead.
At the time, police seized the Volkswagon Golf which the tyre fell from and said the driver could be charged with manslaughter if an investigation points to negligence, reported the Mirror.

Jorge Ademir, who filmed the horrible scenes and aided the victim, said: ’He didn’t have time to react to react. It all happened so fast.
‘He was already on the ground when I realised he had been hit by something.
‘I didn’t fully understand what had really happened until I looked at the images.’
Paramedics were called and tried to save the motorcyclist but he died within an hour of being hit.
The 42-year-old victim has not been named.
The video resurfaced on Facebook today but the incident was first reported on in April 2015.
