Multimillionaire Justin Hemmes, 45,is dating model Montana Cox, 25

Merivale CEO Justin Hemmes has sparked up a relationship with 25-year-old Australian model, Montana Cox, it has been reported. 

The 45-year-old has reportedly moved on from his shock split with the mother of his two children, Kate Fowler, 28, which he announced in late July. 

The Sunday Telegraph have claimed that Justin and Montana have been ‘seeing’ each other since April. 

In July when he announced his split with Kate, Justin said that they had actually separated six months prior.

Meanwhile in April, Justin and Montana were spotted holding hands as they enjoyed a day out with friends.  

The pair appeared in high spirits and Montana was giggling as they stepped off a seaplane in Sydney.  

Upon announcing his split with Kate in July, Justin told The Sydney Morning Herald that they pair share a ‘platonic’ relationship.

The pair share two daughters together – Alexa, two, and Saachi, one.

‘Kate and I have the utmost love and respect for each other,’ he said in a statement.

‘At the beginning of 2018, Kate and I decided our friendship and respect for family life would become the focus of our relationship. We love our children dearly and for now continue to live together happily in our family home.’ 

‘Kate is a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful woman. As for what the future holds I am not sure,’ he added. 

At the time of the split, Kate remained living at The Hermitage, Justin’s heritage-listed harbour-front home worth ‘more than $60 million’.

According to Justin, the estate has ‘interconnected’ wings, which allows them to have individual living quarters in the massive home.

But despite being unsuccessful at that auction, Justin already has a second Sydney property away from his $90 million waterfront Vaucluse estate.

He is believed to have purchased a secluded waterfront property, accessible only by boat, in Sydney’s Pittwater back in May 2016.
