Revellers have donned their wildest and wackiest outfits for Brisbane’s Sweet Relief! music and arts festival.
Thousands of festival-goers turned out for the adults only event at Ballymore Stadium on Saturday night, keen for a day and night of dancing.
With acts like Kelis, most famously known for her track Milkshake, and Aussie duo The Presets, attendees were looking forward to the second year of the Sweet Relief! festival.
‘Sweet Relief! is here to satisfy party lovers with a nostalgia-fuelled celebration of dance floor hits, led by the icons behind them,’ the event’s description reads.
Revellers weren’t shy to rock up in their most bizarre outfits, with one woman sewing Great White shark heads on to a silver leotard.
Another woman was seen spraying water out of water bottles she’d cheekily attached to her bra.
The event even hosts a dress-up competition with the winner scoring a luxurious hotel stay, tickets to Travis Scott at Suncorp Stadium and $1,000 in cash.
Sweet Relief! also features a ‘sensory silent disco’ for neurodiverse or audio-sensitive guests.
