Model and fitness coach Rachael Finch turned 30 in July and has reflected on the milestone in a revealing social media post.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, a make-up free Rachael uploaded a picture of herself sitting in the driver’s seat of a car clad only in a bikini.
She captioned the snap: ‘My bio-clock ticked over to the big 3-0 recently and I couldn’t be happier. Everything may not be perfect or where I want it to be just yet but I have balance and wake up excited like a kid at Christmas.’

She added: ‘My goal is to live well past 100 and make those years absolute quality.’
She referred to her daughter, Violet, 4, writing: ‘I want to ski down a snow field with Violet and Violet’s children in years to come and continue to create memories.’
Followers posted messages of support, including: ‘What an incredible woman you are. Counting blessings not years I say’, and, ‘Love how honestly candid you are here. You are the real deal.’

Others picked up the former Miss Universe on her use of grammar.
Rachael began her post by writing: ‘If you would of told me when I was 20 that I would feel my best at 30 I would of laughed.’
Some of her fans responded by writing: ‘Sorry to be an ars**but it’s “would have” instead of “would of”. I’m such a d***’, and, ‘Hot tip – first line: “If you had…” and “…I would have”.’

The television presenter is also mum to son, Dominic, 1, with 29-year-old husband Michael Miziner.
Rachael met and fell in love with Michael during their time together as partners on Dancing With The Stars in 2010.
While DWTS judge Todd McKenney, 53, criticised them for the lack of content in their choreography, the duo were named the dark horse couple by other judges on show.
