Moana Hope and her wife Isabella Carlstrom have welcomed their first child together.
Announcing the exciting news on Instagram, AFLW star Moana, 32, shared a sweet close-up of their newborn’s hand.
‘My heart is full ❤️ @isabellasofiacarlstrom,’ she wrote underneath the photo.

The announcement comes just hours after Moana shared some intimate images of Isabella having contractions at home, before the couple headed to hospital.
Model Isabella, 27, was seen breathing through the pain while she had a TENS machine on her back, which is said to help with pain relief.
‘You know what this means,’ Moana captioned one photo of Isabella.
