‘Filming this documentary has to be one of the hardest things I’ve ever done and yet the most powerful and helpful.

‘My family and friends are also in it. They were generous and brave enough to trust me with this for which I am eternally grateful. And to my partner Sim. Speaking on behalf of our men and what it feels like for them. Thank you.

‘If you have experienced this grief or are going through it right now, you are not alone’.
