Nadia Bartel appears to have turned over a new leaf in her relationship with her ex-husband, Jimmy Bartel.

The 36-year-old former football WAG was spotted out in Melbourne on Tuesday with their two young sons, Aston, six, and Henley, three.

Despite her bitter split from Jimmy, 38, back in 2019, Nadia dressed their boys in Geelong FC jerseys – the same football club her ex-husband used to play for.

The former couple’s eldest son, Aston, even wore a jersey with the number three emblazoned across the back – the same number as his father’s old jersey.

A tense looking Nadia was spotted ushering her sons into a waiting black car, which was stopped on a busy Melbourne street.

At one stage, she was forced to pick up Henley and carry him, as Aston stood patiently nearby.

The fashion designer was accompanied by her mother and look-alike sister, Michelle Coppolino.

Nadia looked chic in a pair of tailored white trousers, which she paired with a white tank top.

She carried a designer handbag on one shoulder and rounded out her ensemble with a pair of black slides.

Nadia dramatically split from former Australian rules footballer Jimmy in 2019 after five years of marriage. 

Just days later, it was revealed that Jimmy had already moved on with his now ex-girlfriend Lauren Mand.

He’s since moved on with retail worker Amelia Shepperd, confirming their relationship on Instagram Stories last month.

The Bartels announced their split in August 2019 – around two months after Nadia moved out of their marital home in Melbourne.   

In a post on Instagram Stories in May last year, Nadia revealed she’d love to have more children during a Q&A with fans.

‘Always thought I would have a few more, but who knows now… I’ll let the universe do it’s [sic] thing. I am also so damn lucky with the two I have,’ she wrote. 

In a rare interview with The Daily Telegraph’s Stellar magazine in May last year, Nadia admitted she had plenty to distract herself with.   

‘I’m lucky I’ve got Henne [her fashion line] and the boys to keep me busy. It’s good for my mind to be busy,’ said the single mum-of-two.  

‘Always thought I would have a few more, but who knows now… I’ll let the universe do it’s [sic] thing. I am also so damn lucky with the two I have,’ she said of having more children
