The mother-of-two, 34, was asked during an Instagram Q&A on Sunday how she was talking to her eldest son, Aston, about the virus.

‘He hasn’t asked too many questions and if he does I answer them honestly but calmly. I don’t want to feel anxious as I know he will feel that,’ she said.

‘I have said it’s important that we wash our hands for 30 seconds now and not touch our face or nose as a lot of people have been sick,’ she said.

Nadia and her estranged husband, retired AFL star Jimmy Bartel, share two children: Aston, four, and Henley, one.
