She’s been involved with Loose Women for more than 20 years.
And Nadia Sawalha has refused to give up too many secrets about what she and her co-hosts get up too off-air, saying: ‘There is a code of behaviour… my lips are sealed.’
The panellist, 56, also admitted that working on the hit ITV show has made her a ‘better person’ candidly saying that before joining she was ‘narrow-minded’.

Admitting she’s ‘lucky’ to work with her pals, Nadia told The Sun: ‘Being on Loose Women has made me a much better person.
‘I was very narrow-minded and judgemental before. When I joined I was like, “Kaye Adams and Jane Moore?… I’m never going to be friends with them”.
‘But now we are so close… Linda [Robson] and I were once laughing so much I wet myself!’
Nadia joined Loose Women in 1999 after her stint on EastEnders, however she left in 2002 before returning in 2013. Since then she has been a fan favourite on the show.
Changed: The star, 56, also admitted that being on the show has made her a ‘better person’ saying that before joining she was ‘narrow-minded’ (pictured with co-stars Coleen Nolan, Andrea McLean and Saira Khan in 2019 – the latter two have since left)
Over the years, she has seen many memorable interviews, however Nadia said the most ‘surreal’ moment was earlier this year when Pamela Anderson appeared from her bed.
The Baywatch star and her new husband Dan Hayhurst appeared via video on the show by lounging in bed together and filming themselves with a selfie stick.
Other stand-out moments for Nadia included meeting Oprah Winfrey and when Carol McGiffin got to chat to Russell Brand who she ‘fancied’ so much and could ‘barely contain herself’.
Nadia continued to say that Carol is always great fun to be around and recalled a weekend they spent in Marbella which was the ‘wildest’ time and involved lots of Spanish wine.

Elsewhere in her interview, Nadia reflected on her time starring in EastEnders where she played character Annie Palmer after joining in 1997.
She detailed how producers on the soap told her not to change anything about her appearance for six months as viewers would be learning what she looked like.
The TV star also revealed that she was blown away by co-star Tamzin Outhwaite and developed an ‘girl crush’ as the actress was the ‘coolest’ person she’d ever met.
Although singing the praises of the entire EastEnders cast, Nadia said she developed a particular friendship with the late Barbara Windsor and they would go to clubs together.
Ahead of one night out Barbara even helped arrange for Nadia to borrow a dress from the costume department as she didn’t have the money to buy a new one.

Nadia recalled how when they’d arrive at clubs, Barbara would joke with bouncers and ask them to ‘frisk her’, much to the amusement of everyone else in the group.
Nadia’s interview comes after it was revealed that Loose Women will return to having all four presenters in the studio from next Monday.
The ITV lunchtime chat show has only had three hosts sat on set for the last 13 months – with the fourth joining via video call due to coronavirus restrictions.
But from next week they will have the normal amount of in-studio presenters after revealing on Thursday’s show they are having a new socially-distanced set made.
Making the announcement alongside Frankie Bridge and Jane Moore, Charlene White said: ‘From Monday, we will be back to four! Yay! It’s been 13 months.
Throwback: Nadia also reflected on her time starring in EastEnders and how she became pals with several cast members (pictured on the soap as character Annie in 1999)
‘Because it’s the relaxing of the rules, we’re getting a brand new socially-distanced set.
‘This is especially special for Frankie and I as there are ladies on the team that we’ve never met, like Kelle, we’ve never met in the flesh.’
Frankie then chipped in to say: ‘I feel like I know everyone so well now so it’s going to be nice to actually see them.’
After Charlene broke the exciting news, confetti began to fall from the ceiling into the studio as the three presenters celebrated.
Loose Women rotates its presenters daily, with names such as Coleen Nolan, Nadia Sawalha, Janet Street-Porter, Ruth Langsford and Brenda Edwards taking to the studio.
