John Wayne Kellerman, 54, was pulled over for speeding, but the officer found he had a jar of Vaseline in the car and had been pleasuring himself
A driver from Oklahoma who was pulled over by police for speeding was found to be covered in Vaseline and wearing only a thong bikini.
The driver, John Wayne Kellerman, 54, ‘had a bikini thong covering his genitals’ and had Vaseline ‘covering his hands, upper and lower body parts,’ wrote Deputy Darryl Beebe in the arrest report.
The officer also noticed that the jar of Vaseline was almost empty and that there was a ‘pornographic magazine in the passenger seat.’
The car was stopped on Sunday afternoon in Enid, Garfield County.
According to The Smoking Gun, the arrest report states how the Sheriff’s Office deputy spotted ‘a nearly naked white male driver’ behind the wheel.
Kellerman was ‘extremely nervous in a manner that his hands were shaking and his voice was trembling,’ reported Beebe in his report.
When Kellerman handed over his ID card, it was covered in Vaseline.

The officer asked if he had been masturbating while driving. Kellerman admitted that he had indeed been pleasuring himself.
The situation continued to get even more bizarre at one point with Kellerman offering Beebe ‘a rag to wipe the Vaseline off of the ID card.’
In his report the deputy writes that he ‘refused Kellerman’s “semen rag” and returned to his patrol car.’
A police sergeant who was assigned to completing an inventory of Kellerman’s GMC car noted that ‘the drivers area in the vehicle was extremely greasy due to the Vaseline.’
Kellerman was arrested after he was found to not have a valid driving license after having it revoked in 1985.
Kellerman has spent most of the last 27 years in jail on various charges including drugs possession, domestic assault, auto theft, burglary, and escape from confinement.
He was was arraigned Thursday for speeding and driving with a revoked license and freed on $1000 bond.
