‘Be careful, he might bite!’ Comedian Nazeem Hussain channels his inner Tiger King and tricks his mother into thinking he has one of the big cats in his house for April Fool’s Day

Nazeem Hussain pulled off an epic April Fool’s Day prank on his mother by tricking her into thinking he was keeping a live tiger in his house.

The 30-year-old comedian used the Google’s augmented reality (AR) function to make it seem like there was a Bengal tiger in his living room, prompting some hilarious reactions from his mum.

After the antics, Nazeem posted a picture of his head photoshopped onto the body of Joe Exotic from the new Netflix show Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness.

Nazeem posted a video of the digital tiger in the Hussain family group chat, prompting his mum to reply: ‘OMG, so you really got a tiger at home?’

‘Yes! I told you. Not a lethal one. He was trained. Only have him for a week,’ Nazeem replied.

Worried, Nazeem’s mother said: ‘Why do you take chances in your life? You can die! He can bite you.’

The comedian explained that the tiger takes ‘daily medicine’ that stops it from being aggressive and that the big cat was keeping him company during self-isolation.

Other family members were in on the joke, with one person saying the tiger should wipe its paws before it comes inside the house to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Continuing to stir the pot, Nazeem said the tiger’s brother had previously attacked an old woman and that he ran out of meat to feed it.

Eventually, Nazeem’s mother left a worried voice message: ‘Nazeem, be careful! When he gets hungry, he might even bite you! So you be very careful!

‘I’m just very worried about you, I don’t know why you take this chance of bringing tigers into the house. I don’t know what to tell you, Nazeem.

‘Just get rid of the s**t, lock him in the toilet. That’s all I’m telling you.’
