Neighbour dispute over children turns fatal after a bawl escalates and a 44-year-old man is killed

  • The fight broke out after an argument between their children escalated 
  • Neighbours said he was hit with a blunt object and knocked unconscious
  • Police said paramedics treated a 44-year-old man but he died at the scene

A man has died in front of shocked onlookers after getting into a fight with his neighbour in Sydney’s west.

Emergency workers were called to the brawl at Jarra Crescent in Glenmore Park just after 10.20pm on Sunday.

Witnesses said the 44-year-old was hit with a blunt object and knocked unconscious, 7 News reported.

A rescue helicopter arrived on the scene.

Paramedics tried to save his life but he died at the scene. 

The fight broke out after an argument between their children escalated, The Daily Telegraph reported.  

Officers from Nepean Police Area Command have established a crime scene. 

They are investigating into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Officers are speaking with another man, 44.

No arrests have been made.
