Netflix announces new season of Love Is Blind will be in the UK

Netflix have revealed that the next season of their hit show Love Is Blind will be in the UK and will launch in 2024.

Love Is Blind: UK is in production and will see singletons in the UK who want to be loved for who they are, rather than what they look like, sign up for a less conventional approach to modern dating. 

It will see singles talk to a host of potential love interests without the distractions from the outside world, with the hope of building a meaningful connection. 

Once cupid’s work is done, they will propose to their chosen partner and then lay their eyes on their fiancé for the first time. 

Engaged and back in the real world, the couples plan their wedding day and attempt to add a physical connection to their emotional bond.

When their much-awaited wedding day arrives, will they discover that love is indeed blind? 

Or will the realities of everyday life and external factors have sabotaged them? 

The US version of the show has run for three explosive seasons and is hosted by Nick Lachey and his wife Vanessa. 

Love Is Blind: UK will be hosted by new British hosts, who will guide the hopeful singles on their path to finding true love.

Love Is Blind has received some criticism in recent years, with the statistical chance of finding a match being very low.

Only four couples are thought to still be together from the experiment, with season two having zero couples last the distance. 

Casting for the new series filming later this year is now open for UK residents who are over 18.
