New Apprentice stars ‘had fling during filming’

Lord Sugar’s infamous boardroom is notorious for causing tensions to run high, tempers to be lost and tantrums to bubble over.

But The Apprentice is set to have blurred lines with sex and the City this year as two of the contestants for series 13 reportedly had a fling while filming the reality show in London.

Jade English, a PR and marketing whiz from Chesterfield, Derbyshire, was reportedly attracted to her opponent James White from the moment they met.

The Sheffield Hallam graduate who enjoys playing women’s rugby, is said to have struck up a brief romance with the self-described ‘high profile’ public speaker – but have drifted apart since filming finished.

A source told The Sun: ‘Tension had been building between James and Jade during filming. There was clearly an attraction from the beginning.

‘They’re both young and attractive people and they really got along during the process. They couldn’t resist getting to know each other that bit better during their time in the house.

‘Afterwards they kept things going for a while, but relations have cooled off between them since filming ended.’

Sexual interaction is reportedly banned by the producers of the show, who have been contacted by MailOnline for comment.

Jade and James are two of the 18 contestants who will battle it out for Lord Sugar’s £250,000 business investment when the show returns to BBC1 at 9pm next Wednesday.
