New Girl star Zoe Lister-Jones files for divorce from husband of NINE years Daryl Wein citing irreconcilable differences

Zoe Lister-Jones has filed for divorce from her husband of nearly a decade, Daryl Wein.

The 40-year-old actress filed on Thursday and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split, TMZ reports. 

The couple had been together for 17 years before they separated last year.

Lister-Jones revealed that she had separated from her longtime partner last year.

She also expressed that she and the 38-year-old filmmaker had previously opened up their relationship.

The Delocated actress listed February 1 of last year as her official date of separation in her divorce filing.

The performer has also asked that the court not use its ability to award spousal support.

Lister-Jones and Wein had previously collaborated on numerous projects before they tied the knot in 2013.

The pair co-wrote and starred in the 2009 independent feature Breaking Upwards, which was directed by the latter of the two.

The two went on to collaborate on the screenplay for Lola Versus, which was released three years later.

The actress played a supporting role in the feature, which starred Greta Gerwig.

Lister-Jones and Wein’s third collaboration, Consumed, made its debut in 2015.

The pair co-wrote its script and served as its producers, while the actress starred in the feature.

The former couple’s final collaboration, How It Ends, went on to premiere last year.
