A new Jeffrey Epstein accuser has spoken out to accuse him of raping her when she was 21 after telling her that she was too old for him in 1993.
Amy McClure, now 48, says she was raped by Epstein in his Upper East Side mansion after being sent there by a mysterious French man she had met at a party the night before.
She was 21 at the time and Epstein would have been 40.
She alleged in an interview with The Sun that she entered the room and was told to take off her clothes by Epstein, who was in the midst of receiving a massage from someone else.
She is now weighing up whether to file a lawsuit against his estate.
McClure, who went by Amy Sparks at the time, said she had moved from California to New York to become a model.
She said she had saved up enough money to stay in The Plaza Hotel and had found herself at a cocktail party she had been invited to by a receptionist at Ford models.

There, she claims a French man told her about Jeffrey Epstein and said he would ‘like her’.
McClure claims she was given Epstein’s address and went to the house the next day.
At the time, Epstein had been working with Les Wexner, the owner of Victoria’s Secret, for several years. Wexner owned the home but had never lived in it permanently. Epstein reportedly bought it from him for $20million but it is unclear if he had been living in the property beforehand or for how long.
McClure says she was shown to a room where Epstein was getting a massage. She does not say who showed her to the room, but says she never met or saw Ghislaine Maxwell there.
‘I remember him asking me to take off my clothes, saying “I just want to see what you look like. It’s no big deal”.
‘So I did, I took my clothes off and then he made me feel really like s**t cause he’s said, “how old are you?” When I told him I was 21 that’s when he got irritated, almost angry,’ she said.
Epstein was found dead in his cell on August 10
McClure claims he then told her ‘you’re too old for this’ but then asked her to finish his massage and promptly forced her to perform oral sex on him.
‘I didn’t really know what to do and he turned around, flipped over, grabbed my head and pushed it down on him, while he was on the massage table.
‘Then at that point he pushed me to the ground, and forced himself upon me and raped me. I remember trying to fight him off and telling him to stop. It wasn’t prolonged, ‘ she said.
McClure claims that she then tried to pick up her modeling book but that he asked her what she needed it for.
She said he then told her: “If you tell anybody anything I’ll crush whatever career you might have”.
‘He was just so mean so quickly. It literally went from awkward to mean to rape so fast,’ she told The Sun.
McClure’s mother Cindy corroborated that she had told her she was sexually assaulted in 1993, according to the report.

Years later, when she was dating former Calvin Klein CEO Arnold ‘Arnie’ Simon – with whom she now has a daughter – she says she ran into Epstein in a steakhouse in Palm Beach.
He did not recognize her, she said, which made her feel sick.
‘It was awful. He didn’t recognize me at all.
‘I recognized him though – he didn’t even look that much different, he had that same smug smile and he was so happy.
‘I remember I was shocked because I thought I wouldn’t have been able to pick him out of a line up but I did it instantaneously,’ she said.
She is now looking in to whether or not she has grounds to file a lawsuit against his estate.
McClure says Epstein raped her in his East 71st Street townhouse in 1993. At the time, Les Wexner still officially owned the seven-storey home. Epstein bought it from him in 1996 but it is unclear if he had been living in it beforehand. He said in 1996 that Wexner ‘never spent more than two months’ in the property

McClure went on to date former Calvin Klein CEO Arnie Simon, who she now has a daughter with. She said she was with him when she ran into Epstein years after the rape in a Palm Beach steakhouse
In September, Governor Andrew Cuomo signed into law the Child Victims Act which extended the statute of limitations for victims of child sex abuse to allow them to report crimes and file lawsuits for longer than they had been able to before.
Now, anyone with a child sex abuse claim has a one-year window.
He is also extending the statute of limitations for victims of second and third degree rape who are any age to 20 years.
McClure was 21 when she says the attack happens, so does not fall under the look-back window for child sex abuse cases.
Her attorney is however looking at their options, he said.
McClure said she felt guilty for not speaking out sooner, given how many dozens of other women Epstein went on to abuse.
‘I look back on it and I just think, “Oh my gosh, how many other people did he crush their spirits in that way?”
‘And it’s not just a physical act of rape. You can also rape someone’s dreams and their soul, their future forever. And there’s not any way to pay any of these women back for that,’ she said.
Epstein left a reported fortune of around $570million to his brother, Mark, his only heir.
At present, there are 16 lawsuits against his estate, but attorneys say they are getting calls ‘by the day’ from women who say they are victims too.
